On March 29th, the Tai Chi Youth Group demonstrated a series of wushu and tai chi routines for the seniors at the Golden Eagle Senior Center. Their lively performance made the day of many of senior citizens. The Tai Chi Youth Group taught the elderly citizens a few basic qigong movements. The Tai Chi Youth Group would like to thank the Golden Eagle Senior Center for this opportunity!
On February 24th, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed a series of wushu and tai chi routines as well as a dragon dance alongside members of the Yes I Can dance studio at the Tilles Center for the Nassau County Lunar New Year Celebration!
The Tai Chi Youth Group would like to thank the organizers of this event, such as the Nassau County of Asian Affairs and LICAA, and the Yes I Can dance studio for this special opportunity and experience!
On February 22nd, the Tai Chi Youth Group showcased a series of wushu and tai chi routines for the seniors at the Arbors Assisted Living Communities in Westbury. Their lively demonstrations helped to brighten the day of dozens of senior citizens. They would like to thank the Arbors Assisted Living Community for this amazing opportunity!
Yesterday, February 18th, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed the dragon dance at the Oculus Center for the Lunar New Year celebration! It was a great experience to perform there. The Tai Chi Youth Group thanks Yes I Can dance studio for granting them the amazing opportunity.
Today, on January 28th, the Tai Chi Youth Group held a demo at Orchard Estate Assisted Living in Woodbury. Members of various ages participated, including young elementary school students, and helped to brighten the day of dozens of senior citizens through a series amazing performances. Everybody there had lots of fun! Here are a few images of their event!
