On February 24th, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed a series of tai chi routines, consisting of barehand, sword, and fan at the Town of Oyster Bay Town Hall.

On February 20th, the Tai Chi Youth Group demonstrated a series of wushu and tai chi routines for the seniors at the The Arbors Assisted Living . Their lively performance made the day of many of senior citizens. The Tai Chi Youth Group taught the elderly citizens a few basic qigong movements. The Tai Chi Youth Group would like to thank the The Arbors Assisted Living for this opportunity!
On October 5th, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed a series of wushu and tai chi routines at the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival at Eisenhower Park Lakeside Theater. They had a great time performing there, and they also did tai chi routines in collaboration with the Guzheng event. Before the performances began, the Tai Chi Youth Group had a stand where team members performed their individual routines on the grass.

On September 14th, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed a series of wushu and tai chi routines at the Syosset Street Fair on Jackson Avenue. Routines consisted of broadsword, straight sword, southern fist, staff, barehand, and fan. Everyone from elementary school to high school performed, and one of our coaches performed too! We also had a tai chi routine where the audience could join in.
