On Friday January 31, the Tai Chi Youth Group performed at Syosset High School for the Lunar New Year celebration! It was a great experience to perform there.

The Tai Chi Youth Group’s Lunar New Year Performances 1/18-1/26
During this busy and festive Lunar New Year week, Tai Chi Youth Group has celebrated prematurely through several performances. On 1/18, we performed at The Heckscher Museum of Art. On 1/25, we performed at the Long Island Children’s Museum, Jericho High School, and at the Harvest Church of New York. On 1/26, we performed at Long Island Children’s Museum again, as well as at South Huntington Public Library. We have two more performances, one this Friday at Syosset High School and one this Saturday at Tilles Center. Happy Lunar New Year!
Our Team Competes at the 14th Pan American Wushu Championships (8/29-9/2)
At the start of September, Tai Chi Youth Group members and athletes from Sitan Tai Chi and Martial Arts competed at the 14th Pan American Wushu Championships in Santa Clara, California. Many of our members won medals in their respective events. Congratulations to everyone who took part in the competition!
Tai Chi Youth Group competes at the Presidential Wushu Cup in Maryland (7/13)
On Saturday 7/13, the members of the Tai Chi Youth Group competed at the Presidential Wushu Cup in Maryland. Our 18 athletes that took part in the competition earned 1 bronze, 7 silver, and 42 GOLD medals! Congratulations to all athletes for an amazing competition!
Grand Opening of Our Huntington Location! (6/14)
Today, Sitan Tai Chi held a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at their our campus in Huntington, marking the beginning of a new chapter for our school in community service and education. As part of the ceremony, there was a dragon dance performance. Many community leaders and representatives attended the celebration.
